Don’t risk burnout.  Take measures to:

  • lower your risk of mental illness,
  • learn how to strengthen your resilience in tough times, and
  • prep yourself to take action when stress or depression strikes.

The Well@Work program will help employees and managers in male dominated workforces assess, monitor and take control of mental health risks and issues.
